How it works

Coaching combines individual sessions with feedback from key stakeholders, psychometric diagnostics and assessments developed with the University of Ösnabruck in Germany.

You receive a personalised, measured diagnostic and a measurable goal plan to attain the skills and achievements critical to your success and your optimal energy use.

Coaching is typically delivered over the course of six months, with options for alternate durations. Sessions are generally 60 to 100 minutes long and can take place in-person or virtually.
